Clean and Convenient Stay
central location modern decor amazing staff
I appreciated the hotel's central location near transport options. The room was modern. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was a pleasant experience and I even went back for seconds.
I found that the corridor looked a bit tired. I contacted the hotel to request a room with a shower and I was told that the room I picked comes with a shower but on arrival, it had a bath.

a amazing stay..
excellent service delicious schnitzel useful connections
the customer service was really good from check-in to check-out. shesh, patrycja, and maddy from the bar and restaurant were amazing. the chicken schnitzel and chicken lollipops tasted out of this world!!! usb connections at the switched socket outlets also stood out as a very useful feature.
the air conditioner didn't work, and the room was quite warm.

helpful staff perfect location
The location was perfect, very close to the train station. I also found the staff to be cute and helpful (especially Corinna!).
The bathroom had a slight musty smell, a small disappointment.

train station good location ice machine constant noise
The location near the train station was fine it made getting around simple enough.
I was promised a quiet room but instead I got a room next to the ice machine the noise was relentless all night long it sounded like a washing machine was constantly running. I tried to call reception but nobody picked up the phone so my sleep was ruined. I probably should have just slept in the train station.

quick check-in socket outlets good choice dietary needs
The staff checked me in quickly. I appreciated their kindness. the room had usb ports on the switched socket outlets, helpful for charging my devices. It was a standard king room. breakfast included a good choice of food, even with dietary needs.
The shower pressure wasn't as strong as i prefer. But it was manageable.

lovely food breakfast selection friendly staff air con portable heater faulty windows
i appreciate the complimentary breakfast. it was a huge selection with lovely food. the staff were very friendly too. najma on our check out WAS very efficient.
the air con system didn't work. there WAS a small portable heater. the windows didn't close properly in the room. i felt inconvenienced.

friendly staff convenient location
The staff was friendly. especially the reception. The location was very convenient. It was next to the train station and near several attractions. I also appreciated that the hotel held my luggage after checkout. This allowed me to explore the city more before my train.
