I appreciated the hotel's central location near transport options. The room was modern. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was a pleasant experience and I even went back for seconds.

I found that the corridor looked a bit tired. I contacted the hotel to request a room with a shower and I was told that the room I picked comes with a shower but on arrival, it had a bath.

the customer service was really good from check-in to check-out. shesh, patrycja, and maddy from the bar and restaurant were amazing. the chicken schnitzel and chicken lollipops tasted out of this world!!! usb connections at the switched socket outlets also stood out as a very useful feature.

the air conditioner didn't work, and the room was quite warm.

The location near the train station was fine it made getting around simple enough.

I was promised a quiet room but instead I got a room next to the ice machine the noise was relentless all night long it sounded like a washing machine was constantly running. I tried to call reception but nobody picked up the phone so my sleep was ruined. I probably should have just slept in the train station.

The staff checked me in quickly. I appreciated their kindness. the room had usb ports on the switched socket outlets, helpful for charging my devices. It was a standard king room. breakfast included a good choice of food, even with dietary needs.

The shower pressure wasn't as strong as i prefer. But it was manageable.
